When I click on the "Image" button in the reply toolbar, the "Insert Image" dialog appears.
I click on "Upload new Image", select a file from the open panel.
After that, nothing happens.
I'm using Safari 6.0.3 on OS X Mountain Lion.
It didn't work in Chrome and Firefox either.
It was a 1,4 MB png file with the name "Textastic for Mac Tab support.png".
I then saved it as a 412 kb jpg file with the name "Textastic-for-Mac-Tab-support.jpg". This worked.
So I'm not sure if it was the file size, the file type or the file name that was causing problems.
