Default curser position on new notes

When entering a note, can you please put the default curser position to the Title instead of the body, so I can enter the title and tab over to note body instead of mouse clicking to enter the note after the fact?

This happens whenever I try and type a new note.  I am using windows 7 - IE9 32 bit on 64 bit system.
