Can't change admin on free site.

I need to change the admin account on a free site (single admin). I sent an email requesting the change, but no answer. Could you please change the admin account on site winlink.userecho.com to the user account with email feedback@arsfi.org.

He we does't see any email from you.
We added new user as another admin and also upgrade your plan to "Open" it's free and allows two moderators.

You can manage detailed access settings for each user at staff page in settings.
