German translation

Hi,
I just added some suggestions for the German translation. I noted that the translations of user abasko12 are very well and coincide 99% with my own translations. Unfortunately his translations only appear as alternate translations - not as the main translation (which often is rubbish). And the "vote for it" link does not work for the alternate translations.

For my sake, you could accept all his translations.
