Problem to edit tags with single quote

Hello,

Single quote (so frequent in French) seems to be a nightmare for UserEcho, sorry ;-).

It seems that the presence of a single quote in a tag disables the possibility to edit or remove this tag from the setup interface...

=> no pop-up window for confirmation is displayed after clicking on "Edit" or "Delete"...
