Actions menu in IE8 displayed incorrect

When using IE8 the 'actions' menu on hover is not displayed correct, the feedback-start post doesn't display the menu at all, and the posts below show a displaced menu (screenshot attached).

Reported by users: problem also occurs with IE7, action menu does not appear (probably CSS position problem) so they cannot edit their own posts or reply.
