I confirm that it seems to be a bug. I spoke to Namecheap and they modified it and said "Can you please check if email was delivered to support@gymforgeeks.userecho.com?" I checked Helpdesk and nothing.
Current case: support@gymforgeeks.net >> support@gymforgeeks.userecho.com
I told them about UserEcho ticketing and they said "You sure their mail service is functioning?" It doesn't seem to go through as they sent a test message. Mail provider receives it, but not forwarded as a ticket.
Forward emails from support@gymforgeeks.net to support@gymforgeeks.userecho.com
