Topic list sort is always applied to the first topic list

I have configured two topic lists, first on the top for latest updates, without filter bar, always sorted by "Latest". The second below, with filter bar.

Now when I want to sort the second topic list, the sorting on it won't change, but unexpectedly the first one is sorted instead.
