Have you seen what happens when trying to post a new feedback from FB page?
The window doesn't show the entirely frame so Submit button doesn't appear.
I show screenshot.

Does this happen to you as well?

The screenshot is from Firefox 3.6.13.
I also tried  it from IE 8 and same thing.
