How can I change the color of the side tab that opens the widget?

Hello, Go to your project settings->Integrations->Website->Widgets and generate new widget with new tab color.
Or just replace this parameters in your widget code:
tab_bg_color:'#57a957',
tab_hover_color:'#f45c5c'
