what about users who authenticate with Facebook and Twitter, how to control their access to private forums I found out that I can signup to a public forum and if I know the URL of the private forum I will be able to see the content there. There is no see and control access of users that are authenticated by other mechanisms than email?

User can authorise via Facebook, Twitter etc. but if he hasn't verified email, he will not be able to access private forum.
Most popular way, is to setup SSO Single SIgnon form your users, so they will be auto authorised on the UserEcho side and you can control access. More details here

And limit access by users emails or by email subdomain mask
When you add users system will automatically send invites to new users or grant access to existing if they match by email
