Cannot assign tags when posting feedback

I'm posting feedbak to CintaNotes. I type the title into search field, press Next and write my stuff. In this dialog I cannot assign tags. But after I post it, I can press "edit" and there I can add tags. If I have the permission to do that anyway, it would be more ergonomic to assign them in the initial posting dialog.

We have that feature look at screenshot

you must ask admin of cintanotes to allow users assign tags.

Our forum setting is set to "Allow" user to assign tags, but we have the same issue. We cannot assign tags when a topic is first created; we have to save the topic, then go back and assign tags after it is created.

Is it possible to have the UI include the tags for selection when first creating a new topic (and not force tags to be assigned later)?
