'Suspend' Project

Is there a way to suspend/turn off our project?  We need to revisit the usage and want to suspend the access to everyone, but dont want to delete it entirely.  In case we need to turn it back on, we do not want to rebuild it from scratch.

Really no one should be able to manage it.  We want to shut it down but not delete it in case we need to revivie it at a later date.

We can archive your community, so no one will be able to access and manage it.
Later it can be restored by your request. Confirm here and we will suspend and archive it.
