I dont wanna my users to enter google,yahoo,facebook, or ask them to create a userecho account for feedback. Their email is optionally required for us to contact just in case. Is it possible to skip the authentication requirement in widget?

Goto forum privacy settings and check Allow anonymous feedback & Allow anonymous comments options.
