Sort and Hide inactive stuff

- Automatically lower position of feeaback's when sorting by most popular and most comments w/ not inactive status (fixed + completed + declined, etc., in fact make them the second list at the end of the main list)
- Checkbox for hiding inactive

Thanks, we planed make checkbox for hiding inactive statuses.
Now we looking for best method.
We created filter for feedback: active, closed and all.
