Translation of post time incorrect

When I change my forum language to one of the following languages the post time of feedback is displayed incorrect:
 - Dutch (NL)
 - Spanish (ES)
 - Icelandic (IS)

When set to English it displays 'posted 3 hours ago' etc, and in Dutch translation 'posted 1 hour ago'.

I've got the same problem with French version : for exemple 18 hours ago in ENGLISH  /  1 hour ago in FRENCH ( " il y a 1 heure"  should be replaced by "il y a 18 heures"   )
