I changed my domainname.userecho.com to something else from the admin panel and now I can not see the admin console.

How would you rate the customer service you received?

You need to update your DNS settings and point required subdomain to the UserEcho address before adding it as custom alias.
Give us you project alias and we help to restore access and with setup.

You can make a private request or mail it to support@userecho.com

Sent more info to support @ e-mail. But just a suggestion that the alias should not be available to change even for admin if it denies access to the admin console afterwards, for the silly persons like me :)
We answered on your email, please check. You can access you admin interface on a new alias that you entered.
