Do you support some pinned messages?
I would like to use this platform as support and Beta platform and I need some general instructions on how to report issues and bugs and also some release notes and news.. seems like it does not work here the way work UserVoice for example.
You can add custom text block on the left side here https://stickypassword.userecho.com/settings/customize/
and place user instructions in it. Feel free to experiment.
Or move mouse cursor over already existing text block on your dashboard and and click edit action.
