Translation in Paginator

Currently, on any UserEcho web site, you can have a paginator to reach any page of topics, displayed like that:
<< 1 2 3 ... >>

It appears that:
- the "previous" button (<<) displays a tooltip (that is a good idea) but written with Cyrillic letters in any language
- the "next" button (>>) has no tooltip
