Problem of topic title using single 'quotes' and e-mail notification subject

I just noticed that when a topic title contains single quote (as this feedback ;-))

then all the produced e-mail notifications with this title as subject replaces the quote by a numeric code: "& #39;"

(without the space ;-))

This replacement only concerns the e-mail subject. Any single quote in the e-mail body is correctly rendered.

(I observed this by viewing the e-mail in Thunderbird and also in Zimbra web interface for mail)
