How to configure the languages on top?

I like the new interface.  On top now it says EN or RU.  I want this to be NL - FR for all my forums.  How can I do this?

Language settings is depends on user's preference. If you will change it for you, you will see 'NL' always. But if client prefer 'US'  then he will have 'US' in all communities.
