We are trying to accomplish the single sign on with a final redirect to the HTTPS url of the site. It appears that using single sign on redirects to a non-HTTPs version. Please let me know if you would like more info.

We tried to open https://testcid.userecho.com/ then we see that UE redirect us to the https://ptl-apps-02.ptl.na.cascorp.biz/CID/UserEcho.aspx?return=https://testcid.userecho.com/ and pass https://testcid.userecho.com/in the return GET parameter.
So we think that is correct behaviour. Please provide additional details. You can open private helpdesk ticket if your data contains private info.
