Oh, and I just see you say "seems that you make misc signups to achieve this" - ABSOLUTELY NOT. I am a honest person! It also doesn't compute: why would I report a bug if I was trying to game the system?
And, FYI, I was using (and continue to use) Google SSO.

Can you provide link to the topic where you find out issue first time and vote for it many times just changing username. It's help us better investigate issue.

Yes sure: http://tabsoutliner.userecho.com/ - I voted on a number of items and then started thinking 'hey I already voted for these' and after this with some I was sure I already did. Hence I reported a bug. I would not have voted on an item more than twice
