Hello,
If you want to invite users to a public forum, just send email with link to them. Registration is to easy and they can start to use it immediately.
If you want to invite them to a private forum, add their emails to the access list in the project settings. They will receive invitations.
Also you can add SSO from your website to UserEcho forum. Then your users will be registered automatically in your UserEcho project.
