A default box that prompts users to fill out common information to standardize topic headings
Similar to a sign up page that auto fills Name, Address, e-mail, etc. We want to make users fill out standard boxes to make content more searchable.

Can you please provide more information? This is pre-filled fields that the user can edit (where to get the data?) or it is empty custom fields for your project?
