JIRA Project List is Blank

Within the "Jira Integration" setup screen, the project list is blank. Apparently the "PROJECT KEY" is coming through just fine.. but the project name is not.

I inspected the drop-down element using Chrome developer tools and clicked on the blank entries until I hit the right project.. but its messy.
