Harmonize user name display

Currently, UserEcho seem to prefer to display user names with a uppercase initial letter (even if the registered name is totally lowercase) and force it when displaying names. That's perfect.

But there seems to be only one place where this uppercase letter is forgotten: when reading the full thread of a topic:

• the author of the topic has a forced uppercase initial letter
• but the authors of replies in the topic don't have forced initial letter (and may be displayed differently if it's the topic author ;-))
