I am seeing this on both IE and Chrome. It is possible that it's a local firewall problem at my company, however I am looking for some help in troubleshooting.

If you want to configure your dashboard you have to go to the administrative panel, section "Customize".

It appears that by clicking the picture, it is only providing a preview picture rather than prompting the site to add a module. To add a module I must click the text rather than the picture.
This was a little confusing to me, but I have figured it out. Thanks for your consideration.
