ok let's suppose you have community under following url http://galtrans.userecho.com/
You can structure it with forums. Then forums with categories.
If you want two separated projects one http://galtrans.userecho.com/ and second one within different url, then you need to created second project/community as we said before.
Or structure first community with forums.
