Not usable on Windows Phone 8.0

On Windows Phone 8.0 there are 2 problems making the site useless:

1. Cannot scroll
2. Viewport crop



Please fix asap as 80% of my users use this browser. It only works fine on WP 8.1

Thank you. Please keep the patch for a while. Soon or later everyone will upgrade to 8.1 but still a lot of user base on 8.0

Wait... It is only working when browser is set to "Mobile version", bug persists on "Desktop version".

Can you apply it for both? (since it is universal layout)

We have applied patch to "Desktop version"
