We have added this feature to our roadmap. Seems that it will be option to export with all comments, in the export dialog.

This is essential. When a user submits a feature request or a bug report, every comment in the discussion thread should be sent to the Jira ticket. Or, as the OP suggests, the comments should be sent optionally.
