What is the purpose of the Facebook monitoring?
Under settings , social settings, Facebook, number 1 it states:
Turn your wall page messages into tickets, making it easy to capture and track communication.
I can not get this to work.
What exactly does it capture from Facebook?
Wall posts by users?
My own posts?
How would you rate the customer service you received?

At current time it captured wall posts and comments. But you can convert into the ticket comments only. I think we can implement wall posts conversion too if you need it.
I see you've added an Idea about it. Will discuss this problem in the Idea.
