Facebook messages as tickets

Is there any plans for adding Facebook private messages into a ticket?

I suggest making an integration with Facebook to to do the following.

1. If a user sends me a message this turns into a ticket

- I can respond from within user echo

2. I want a Facebook feed, like the twitter feed, where I can turn wall posts into tickets if I choose.

- It would be handy if I could get nested comments inside the Facebook feed
