Make it possible to add and remove tags in edit mode

As far as I can see its not possible to add or remove tags in edit mode.

I would like the possibility to add and remove tags in edit mode in both knowledgebase and forum

Click on the [Button with down-arrow] in the edit mode:



Then you will able to assign/remove tags:
