Slack Integration events too unspecific
Hello Userecho team,
we filed a report 3 months back about the Slack integration for userecho: https://feedback.userecho.com/topics/6101-slack-integration-is-way-too-noisy/
as promised by you you have added options to select events to specify when the integration triggers its message.
however it is still way to noisy on our end, basically the most relevant trigger we want is a Status change on a specific action, namely only then when the status of the topic changes. (plus points for it being only specific on a specific status, but that's not the most important bit here)
Currently the only option i can see that incorporates it is "comment.created" which floods our channel massively depending on the Thread we have. I would like to ask if we could get an option distinguishing between normal comments (which dont change a threads status) and comments with status changes.
normally i would have thought that "topic.accepted" would be the trigger but that does not seem to be working as i have thought.
Otherwise i may be doing it wrong, hence i will post this as a question.
Thank you
