As an agent or admin of the site that has a chat widget in every page, I would like to see who is surfing my web site now, on which page he is now, who long he is in this page and in our site, and from what country he is surfing.

Thanks for suggestion, we have this feature in our Chat roadmap, so probably it will become available in the next 2 months.
