What's the status? I would like to change the text in the header, but it's not possible with the bug.

This is a wrong link. Actually Helpdesk widged is not customisable because it does not have a list view. You are able to customize the list view only. We have no an option to customize a Topic post form.
So, we remove that text and link.
Let us know what would you like to change in that form and we will check what we can do for you.
Please note, the form is the same for forums and widgets.
