Add "tab" display option for topic submission fields

I appreciated that you had a "tab" option for customizing the layouts. It's clear that you realized some people might want to just display all the options at once if there aren't that many of them because it would make for an easier experience. Kudos!

What I would like is to have the same option for the fields in the topic submission form. For example, more tab-like, or radio-style buttons would be helpful for items like Statuses, which are limited to just a few elements. This would be useful for the same reasons the tags for the topic dashboard are useful
