Link for private message not appearing on Community Forum

Hello,

I have the "Show link for private message" checkmark set, as well as a custom text "You may also send us a direct message here!," but the direct message link simply isn't appearing (either in the preview or the live site). This is for a "Search and add (1_1_1)" widget on a community forum.

The private message is a message to the Helpdesk. Your community forum didn't have any linked Helpdesk. We've linked it here https://helpimpoor.userecho.com/settings/feedback/1/setup/ and now you can see the link.
