Show topic id

I want to connect UserEcho with my TFS, I create a TFS ticket for each ricket and topic in UserEcho, and I want to save UserEcho ticket number or topic Id in my TFS ticket, the ticket id or number is shown on every ticket, but how can I know the topic id, and how can I navigate to a topic with a specific id
