After chat agent closes chat, user should be able to continue to chat
If an agent ends chat at the end of a conversation, the user on the website should be able to continue chatting if another question comes up. Currently, if agent ends chat and user continues to chat, nothing comes through. User has to leave website and come back.

Actually when chat is closed and user post a new message the chat is reconnected and support agent see the chat as new.
We've tested it right now to make sure it works and it does.
