What does the agent mean?

Hi, I am looking for a platform for customers to share ideas. I think userecho looks great.

But after reading the pricing, I was confused about the text "$ 19 / MO. For each agent, annually". 

What does the agent mean? I saw an agent interface during the free trial. 

Does the agent mean that the users who can access the agent interface? 

So if I want two users to see the agent interface, it cost 38$ per month by annually?

Or is it something else?

Yes you right, an agent is any individual who is granted access to moderate feedback forums, respond to support tickets, manage your knowledge base and change site setting via agent interface.
