Is performance suffering a little at the moment?

Just wondering if performance has slowed down quite dramatically just now... might just be me?

All should be ok now.
We analyze logs and find out large amount of bad formed requests to userecho.com from bunch op ips.
We block ips which sending requests and now all works.
