How to change status?

Hi

I can seem to figure out how to change the status of a post.  I created a question on me test account, and whe nI open it as admin I can only see options to assign, edit, merge etc.. I might be missing something obvious?

For the answer and change status you have to click "Reply".

Thanks that sorted it out :-) Before I tried to reply directly in the box below which does not have that feature.

Hi Vladimir, having to reply to each and every comment can be very inefficient. Is it possible to batch update the status of comments from the high level view (summary of statuses)?

For example, I have 5 comments that cover the same issue or 6 comments that relating to different issues that are all completed, so I currently have to open each of these (11 times) and change the status to completed, instead of clicking a tickbox or radio button for each header issue to update the status.

Can you look to adding a quicker method of batching the change of statuses?

Hello Gildeon, did you try to use our agent interface for manage topics. It allows to change statuses etc without opening topics in a new page. Check this link
