We should have (Manage Collaborators) command in Ticket view
When we open a ticket in Ticket View we have some of the commands in the side bar of the page, but not (Manage Collaborators).
Add a collaborator to the ticket we should go to the support agent interface and try to find the ticket in the large list of tickets to add a new collaborator to it.

We will consider to add this action to the front-end interface or remove all agent's actions and create a direct link to the topic in the agent's interface.
