Copy code example inside the ticket lose uppercase and sometime the entire content are formatted not just the selected section

When creating a new ticket use the "Code" format for a portion of the description.
Copy some code from an IDE (like Visual Sudio with XAML code).
The code lose the uppercase.

Example with <TextBlock Text="Example" /> :

<textblock text="Example"></textblock>

Also when trying to format just a selected portion of the description, the all description become formatted like a code sample.
