HTML Form in the topic
Hello,
how (is it possible?) can I add html form in to the topic body in knowledgebase?
Custom fields are not what I am looking for.

Yes, use view source mode to insert it in corresponding position.

I would like to customers to register in this form. I want them to provide email and name and after submit I would like to get filled fileds to my email.
So try with google form, also you can create dedicated private forum with custom fields and point to it from topic body.

You can't do this directly but can use Google forms for example.
