I would like to add a link to an article when displaying Helpdesk form

We have an article https://ask.simplehw.eu/knowledge-bases/2/articles/19-how-to-report-any-obstacle-or-hurdle-and-open-a-ticket and I would like to add it either as URL or as text in the beginning of the Helpdesk reporting form. Thanks Pavel

You can add some custom text via CustomJS.
