Thank you for your request. We just checked Google Analytics 4 and seems like it use the same Google Tag Manager code as v3. So, if that's right the UserEcho support Google Analytics 4 already.
1. Create your configuration on Google side first

2. Add your tag ID to your UserEcho Project Settings -> Integrations -> Analytics -> Google Tag manager
