The purpose of the signature is to provide details about one self and the company... It seems like you modeled everything as a forum, which is quite annoying. When we receive email notifikations about tickets we are not taken to the support tool but just to a thread. Forum concept is also annoying because a ticket system should work like email where you answer ON TOP of the current request (otherwise you cant see what you are answering)... And signature is extremely important... as a commercial tool
